Fighting Obstacles Knowing Ultimate Success is an arts advocacy 501(c)3 organization with chapters at the University of Michigan and in New York City. In encouraging student, local and national artists to develop and share their creative talents, F.O.K.U.S. also strives to create and foster a diverse community by using the arts as a common medium. F.O.K.U.S. encourages artists, art enthusiasts, and other communities to work together and expand their comfort zones through arts-related events and dialogues. FLY Children's Art Center

FLY Children’s Art Center is a non-profit organization in Ypsilanti, Michigan whose mission is to provide meaningful art making experiences for children ages 3-10. We offer classes in our community for a small fee, as well as activities inside public schools at no cost to the students. Young children need every opportunity to learn how to be critical thinkers, risk takers and creative problem solvers. This lays the groundwork for their future greatness. The programming at FLY Children’s Art Center is open studio format. Supplies and tools are arranged cafeteria style, inviting each child to select what ever they wish. Children in our sessions engage in the process of decision making, problem solving, creative ingenuity and ultimately art making.

FOUND is an eco-friendly shop in the historic Kerrytown district, featuring artists who use found or recycled materials, plus a fun mix of vintage and new merchandise.

The Friends of the Porkies is a nonprofit organization that represents the interests of all users of the Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park. The Park has a breathtaking 60,000 acres of natural beauty located in Ontonagon County in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Among our many programs and endeavors we manage the Folk School, an Artist-in-Residence Program and the Music Festival.
